Established in 1978 by John Poletto as a painting business, the company has grown significantly in its 41-year history to now employ 125 staff. However, it remains a family-owned business with John's son, Darrick, and grandson, Alex, now involved in running the business. As part of its high-rise painting operations, the business employs qualified painters trained in abseiling.

Patriot Campers is a manufacturer and distributor of camper trailers and modified 4X4 vehicles. Established in 2014, Patriot Campers has enjoyed exponential sales success. Patriot now exports to USA, Mongolia, Dubai and the UK; and employs 70 people. The company has won the Australian Camper Trailer of the Year award every year since its inception and in 2019 won the USA Camper Trailer of the Year title.

Usher Group provide professional painting, rendering, plastering, signage, electrical service solutions and property maintenance services Australia wide. Usher Group has more than 500 employees, including 10 members of the Vairaktaris family and has four main facilities down the east coast of Australia. The business specialises in new construction and maintenance projects and works with companies such as Multiplex, Hutchinson Builders, Mirvac Group, Sunland Group, Lend Lease and the Westfield Group.
Digga Australia
Digga is Australia's largest manufacturer of mini loaders and machinery attachments for the earthmoving and construction industry. The company manufactures a range of three fully configurable mini loaders and a range of 70 different attachments. Employing 229 staff globally, Digga now distributes its products through an extensive dealer network in more than 50 countries.
Orbitz Elevators
Orbitz Elevators supplies, installs, maintains, repairs and modernises elevators and moving walkways throughout Australia and overseas. The company was established by Jonathan Dwayre with a credit card, a van and a dream in November 2014. The business now employs over 100 people with the head office on the Gold Coast, five other branches throughout Australia and an offices in Papua New Guinea. In 2018, Orbitz became the first Australian company in Australia to distribute Japanese-owned Hitachi elevators.
Amtan Medical
In April 2011, husband and wife team Dr Ameer Hamza and Dr Tanya Unni, opened the first of their family friendly medical centres in Ormeau and later in Reedy Creek, Pimpama and Pacific Pines. In 2018, they launched their new brand AMTAN Medical and now have a portfolio of eight practices across the Gold Coast. Dr Unnni has since established three practices specialising in cosmetic beauty treatments, called SkinLab & Beauty, developed a range of beauty products and co-founded four cardiology centres and three radiology centres.

Service.com.au is a web-based, software platform for users to find and hire local, verified tradespeople including home cleaning, handyman services, plumbers, electricians, painters and more. Established six years ago, the website now has 55,000 visitors each month resulting in over 100,000 notifications for work being sent out to businesses. Service.com.au has over 90,000 businesses listed Australia wide under 300 plus categories.
SkyPoint
The SkyPoint Observation Deck is located on Level 77 of the Q1 Building in Surfers Paradise and is Australia's only beachside observation deck. Rising 230 meters into the sky, SkyPoint is one of the city's most popular attractions and has become a must see destination for locals and visitors alike. SkyPoint also includes SkyPoint Climb, which gives thrillseekers the chance to climb the 298 stairs from Level 77 up to the Q1 spire, one of the longest spires in the world.

GANDEN provides engineering and project management services to government, mining and resources sectors, construction industry and industrial clients. GANDEN now works with every water authority in South-East Queensland. Over the past five years, GANDEN has engaged University interns and placed them on existing projects to provide them with exposure to all facets of an engineering consultancy business.
PT Automation Solutions
PT Automation Solutions designs, manufactures and installs switchboard and electrical control solutions for industrial and infrastructure applications. The company manufactures in Nerang, with almost all of its work delivered outside of the region, including New Zealand. In 2018, PTAS developed and manufactured three innovative products to make electrical control switchboards safer and were subsequently awarded the 2018 Queensland Worksafe Award for Best Solution to an Identified Electrical Issue.
