In 2020, Condev started its first two projects in Victoria. Condev, which was founded in 2002 by Steve and Tracy Marais, now employs more than 100 staff and now has 24 projects under construction.

Neumann Steel
Neumann Steel was established in 1970 and now has more than 230 employees at its five locations. Its product range includes steel reinforcing mesh, specialty bar products, prefabrication services, precision engineering, injection moulding and fleet transportation. Neumann Steel is part of the Neumann Group, which was started by Robert Neumann. The Neumann family have been in business on the Gold Coast since 1922.
Lauxes Grates
Lauxes Grates designs and manufactures versatile indoor/outdoor drainage solutions. Starting out in 2014, CEO Tim Dawson developed the company's first linear floor grate. The company's grates are now stocked nationally and internationally by tiling, plumbing and hardware stores. Lauxes Grates now employs 30 staff and over the past 12 months has recorded a sales increase of more than 50 per cent for its linear grates.

GCD Exhibitions
GCD Exhibitions is a family owned company that has serviced the Exhibitions and Events industry for more than 40 years. But after COVID-19 hit and revenues fell to zero, the company pivoted into developing products for the COVID-19 era. The company now manufactures hygienic barriers and sneeze guards, supplies COVID-19 signage and graphics, barriers to keep social distancing in place and a wide range of COVD-19 supplies for businesses.
Bennett & Bennett Group
Bennett + Bennett is the largest survey practice on the Gold Coast and is one of the largest in Australia. Founded in 1968 by brothers Ted and Lin Bennett, the business now employs 110 people in four South East Queensland offices. The company's clients range from Mum and Dad property investors to many of Australia's largest and best-known property developers.
Amtan Medical Centres
In April 2011, husband and wife team Dr Ameer Hamza and Dr Tanya Unni, opened the first of their family friendly medical centres in Ormeau and later in Reedy Creek, Pimpama and Pacific Pines. In 2018, they launched their new brand AMTAN Medical and now have a portfolio of eight practices across the Gold Coast. Dr Unnni has since established three practices specialising in cosmetic beauty treatments, called SkinLab & Beauty, developed a range of beauty products and co-founded four cardiology centres and three radiology centres.
Powertec Telecommunications
Celebrating its 25th birthday, hardware and communications company Powertec Telecommunications believes in a world where everyone can communicate and be connected no matter where they may be. Due to their reach in regional and remote communities, they have expanded into the Internet of Things (IoT) offering sensors and solutions to address business pain points, driving efficiency and resulting in cost savings.
Cooper & Westwood Advertising
Cooper & Westwood Advertising is full-service marketing agency, encompassing design, print, web, digital and social media marketing. Cooper & Westwood now services more than 200 clients annually. The company runs an internship program in partnership with Study Gold Coast and Griffith University. Five students have completed this program with three finding full-time roles with the agency.
Pivotel
Pivotel is an Australian owned and operated telecommunications business with a focus on rural, remote and critical communications solutions. Based in Southport, Pivotel is one of just four mobile telecommunications network providers in Australia. The company has an international network of more than 250 dealers and now has close to 150 employees.
Adjusta Mattress
Adjusta mattress has developed and patented an adjustable massage mattress that is designed to help people a wide range of health complaints. The company's product range caters for homes, caravans, motorhomes, and boats. The company has enjoyed exponential sales growth since its launch in 2017 and it now has corporate affiliations with the Australian Sleep Health Foundation, Sleep Disorders Australia, Diabetes Queensland, Spinal Research Foundation of Australia and Arthritis Australia.
