Three new sponsors for business awards

The Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards, the Gold Coast’s most important business honours, has secured three new key sponsors.

Leading Gold Coast technology business OntheNet has signed up as the major sponsor of the Knowledge Management and Information Technology category of the awards.

The Southport-headquartered Document Solutions Australia has also signed up as the awards’ printing sponsor and Varsity Lakes-based website creator Bloomtools has provided a new website and internet hosting services.

Ian Cousins, the president of the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards, said he very please about the new sponsorships.

“The awards cannot be as successful without the help of our valued sponsors and supporters,’’ said Mr Cousins.

“We really appreciate our sponsors and we believe in giving them great value for money.

“It’s no surprise that our sponsors tend to stay with us for years and year.”

The awards major Sponsors include City of Gold Coast, Suncorp Bank, Virgin Australia, AusIndustry, OntheNet, Griffith University, Regional Development Australia Gold Coast and Gold Coast Airport.

And our major supporters are SMART Advertising, Document Solutions Australia, Bloomtools, Jupiter’s Gold Coast, Regina King Photography, Consulting Hall, Bruce Lynton BMW, Bond University & KPMG.

The awards’ media sponsors include the Gold Coast Bulletin, NBN Television, 92.5 Gold FM &  90.9 Sea FM.

The awards are now looking for two more sponsors.
Mr Cousins said the awards were now negotiating potential sponsor for the two final categories: the Health and Wellbeing award category and a sponsor for the annual Encouragement Award.
