GC Flower Market is a fast-growing wholesale flower business based in Varsity Lakes. Supplying fresh, farm-direct flowers to florists, event professionals, local businesses, and the public, it has quickly become a trusted destination for quality blooms on the Gold Coast. The business began as a two-person team in 2021 and hired its first employees in early 2022 to meet growing demand. In 2023, it relocated to a larger 500-square-metre warehouse after outgrowing its original space. Arundel-based Amazonia is a leading health food company pioneering Acai and plant-based nutrition. Amazonia had its beginnings at a market stall in Perth in 2008 when founder Dwayne Martens was armed with little more than a blender, an esky, some frozen acai berries and a bold vision.  The company’s products are now stocked in Woolworths, Coles, and Chemist Warehouse stores as well as hundreds of independent and specialty retailers.
